Translation of the text published last April 13 in Spanish: Cómo saber si mis defensas están bajas.

To know if my defenses are low there are a series of symptoms or signs that can help us identify a situation of vulnerability to viruses or bacteria. What happens when a person's defenses, when my defenses are low? These symptoms can be:

Recurrent or repeated infections, such as herpes, or simple, common illnesses that take longer to heal than normal, such as the flu. Frequent fever and chills. Excessive tiredness. Dry eyes. Nausea and vomiting. Diarrhea. Red and white spots on the skin. Hair loss.

Some more elements that may be indicative: suffer two or more otitis or sinusitis a year; long-term pneumonia a year; chronic diarrhea with weight loss; frequent viral illnesses like colds, herpes, flu, etc.; frequent need for antibiotics, especially intravenous, to treat infections; frequent mouth infections, fungi; appearance of abscesses, with inflammation of tissues, pus, etc.
